Beauty Course Leader and Lecturer

• 💰Hourly rate: £32.43 per hour

We are excited to offer this opportunity for an innovative, inspiring and learner-focused Beauty Lecturer and Course Leader to join our team.

About the role:

Join our thriving Beauty department and play a key role in inspiring the next generation of beauty professionals. As a Lecturer and Course Leader in Beauty, you will deliver engaging and high-quality teaching across our Beauty programmes, helping learners develop the technical skills, professional behaviours and confidence needed to succeed in the industry. You will create an inclusive and supportive learning environment where students are encouraged to achieve their full potential and progress into employment, apprenticeships or further study.

Alongside teaching, you will lead and coordinate Beauty programmes, ensuring courses meet awarding body requirements and deliver excellent learner outcomes. Working closely with colleagues, employers and external partners, you will support learner progress, promote positive attendance and engagement, oversee assessment and quality assurance processes, and contribute to curriculum development. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate beauty professional who is committed to delivering outstanding education and helping learners build successful careers within the beauty industry.

Criteria:

Essential criteria:

• Beauty Therapy qualification.

• Teaching experience or experience delivering training.

• Strong industry knowledge.

• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

• Ability to motivate and support learners.

Desirable criteria:

• Teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards).

• Assessor and/or Internal Verifier qualification.

• Further Education experience.

• Course leadership or curriculum coordination experience.
