Career Coach - Digital

18 Hours per Week, 42 Weeks per Year

Salary: £8,189.23 Actual (£18,341 FTE)

We are currently looking for Career Coach - Digital to join our expanding team. This is a fundamental role that requires the successful candidate to work with our learners to find meaningful employment opportunities, supporting our “careers not courses” approach within Newbury College.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the set up and preparation of work experience placements, liaise with employers and monitor those placements and to provide in-work coaching to optimise employment opportunities for employment and training.

You will have the following:

  • A minimum of level 2 (GCSE) English and Maths or equivalent
  • Equality and Diversity Level 3
  • Subject Knowledge and employer sector experience

It would be desirable if you also have:

  • L3 Teaching qualification and/or L3 IAG (or working towards
  • Experience of Learners accessing work experience
  • BASE qualified for in work support
