You will be a qualified teaching professional, ideally with a leadership and management qualification. Using your strong knowledge of outstanding teaching and learning, you will be able to analyse management information to drive improvements within the financial and strategic context. You will have a track record of teaching success and an ability to inspire and develop strong team working.
In this pivotal role, you will;
Drive our new Quality Improvement Strategy and to transform Newbury College into a thriving centre of excellence
Lead on Continuing Professional Development (CPD) and teacher education programmes to implement our new "Super 7" Pedagogy Strategy, ensuring all learners have access to excellence in education and excellence in support
Work collaboratively as a key member of the management team to ensure that quality reporting and improvement strategies are highly effective
