Newbury College is currently offering an exciting opportunity to take on board a HR Advisor to support our great team. This role will provide generalist HR support for HR Processes and will provide 1st line HR support the College team, with shared responsibility for recruitment.
Start times are flexible, working 25 hours over 4 days. Please note this is not a term time only role.
Individuals who are seeking to apply for this role should have experience of recruitment, up to date knowledge of HR practices, have a team focus and a flexible approach to work. To be great in this role you will need to have good attention to detail, professionalism, like variety of work and will take ownership for tasks or issues.
