Newbury College is currently offering an exciting opportunity to take on board a HR Advisor to support our great team of teaching and support staff. This role reports into the Director of HR and will provide generalist HR support for HR processes and make sure that policies are followed and embedded within the business.
This is a great opportunity to develop and learn and work with a great bunch of people. Start times are flexible, working 22.5 hours over 4 or 5 days.
Individuals who are seeking to apply for this role should have experience of recruitment, knowledge of HR practices, have a team focus and a flexible approach to work. To be great in this role you will need to have good attention to detail, professionalism, take ownership for tasks or issues and enjoy working where no day is the same.
