Following significant growth in our online learning programme, we are looking for multiple people to join our team at Newbury College to undertake Internal Quality Assurance and Standardisation of assessment to ensure consistency, specifically relating to the requirements of the validating and examining bodies.

Successful candidates will be paid £7.26 per unit and there are usually 2 units that need to be moderated per learner.

We are currently recruiting for 4 IQA’s:

1. Level 2 Certificate in Counselling Skills

2. Level 2 Certificate in Understanding Nutrition and Health

3. Level 2 Certificate in IT User Skills

4. Level 2 Certificate in Warehousing

The successful Candidate will have:

  • IQA Qualification
  • Assessor Qualification
  • Hold a certificate in the relevant subject specialism
  • Practical experience in the fields of subject specialism:

and/or

  • teaching / assessing at Level 2 or above.

It would be desirable to have:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an IQA
  • Experience of using an online platform to facilitate IQA duties
  • Currently in practice within one of the specified subject areas.
  • Experience of using an online platform to facilitate IQA duties
