Are you an adventurous advisor? Or maybe a gutsy guide?

Our Customer Services team are looking for a new member to join to support the admission of new students! You will be a first point of contact for all new student and parent enquiries on courses and qualifications the College offers and will oversee their journey from enquiry, to interviewing them to successful course placement. You will also have the opportunity to work outside the College at Post-16 provider events to promote the College and its courses. As an AAG Officer, you will become an expert in knowledge about New College Swindon and the courses we offer. There will be regular evening work associated with this role, which will be remunerated in time off in lieu (1 evening a week during term time only).
