Admissions, Advice, and Guidance Officer
Salary: £20,140 pa
Hours: 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
We are seeking outgoing individuals to join our Admissions and Customer Services department to support young people at the beginning of their student journey. You will be part of a team working with our students by providing course advice and guidance to existing and new young people at the College. You will also be required to attend local events with colleagues and helps support students through to their enrolment in courses. In this role you will be required to work one evening a week during the term time to conduct liaison interviews. In the role you will communicate and liaise with Curriculum Managers and tutors across all Curriculum areas and types of College provision.
You will already hold or be willing to work towards a Level 2 Advice and Guidance qualification alongside a good understanding of the UK Education System. You need to be able to work effectively with students, parents, carers and external providers to ensure we offer the best experience to our learners.
