Reporting to the Assistant Principal - Lifestyle & Society, as a Curriculum Manager you will ensure an efficient and high quality curriculum is provided to our students, where a culture of innovation and high performance is recognised and celebrated. Your role ensures high quality delivery of teaching and assessments to exceed student course expectations and experience and raise outcomes. You will maintain strong and healthy relationships with your support staff, other Curriculum Managers and staff across the College. You will also hold responsibility for ensuring staff are utilised efficiently and liaise with Recruitment to cover or fill gaps as needed. With the Deputy Principal, you will also hold responsibility for the management of learning programmes and coordinate the use of finances and learning resources allocated to your curriculum area. 

To apply for this role, you will need to hold a degree or equivalent in Health and Social Care or Education and Childcare, hold Qualified Teacher Status, and hold a Level 4 Management qualification or be willing to work towards.
