Are you ready to take on a new challenge in your career? We have a brand new role, made just for you.

Following the development of our New College Swindon Sixth Form sub-brand, we are looking for someone to join us as the Head of Sixth Form to develop the A-Level provision at our College. We are looking for a person to bring fresh ideas and approaches to ensuring our students receive the highest possible quality of educational experience. In doing so, you will be delivering great outcomes, preparing students for their next steps exceptionally well and building a reputation over time for excellent Sixth Form provision.

To apply for this role, you will need to have demonstrable experience of developing and improving the quality of student experience and outcomes. This will be preferably within an A level setting but does not have to be limited to this provision. You will also need to have a minimum of an undergraduate degree in a relevant area and a certificate in Education, PGCE or equivalent.
