Are you an empathetic person with a passion to supporting young students?
New College Swindon are searching for an Outreach Worker to join the Evolve team. Wondering what you'll be doing? You will need access to your own vehicle with business insurance (mileage paid at 45p per mile + 5p per passenger) in which you will work with students aged 16-25 with EHCPs. You will provide support to students on-site and off-site acting as a role model to help students model resilience and appropriate social behaviour.
