Due to internal progression, we now have a very exciting role available in Quality!
As a Quality Manager, you will develop and maintain a framework of continuous quality improvement to impact Achievement rates, Retention, Destinations and other stakeholder needs. You will coordinate Learner Voice to drive improvement with the Student Experience Manager using college surveys, student focus groups and conferences. You will also work alongside the Assistant Principal: Quality of Education on the EDIS Committee to increase participation, close performance gaps between protected groups and heighten student engagement across the college.
To apply for this role, you will need to hold a Level 5 teaching qualification or willing to work towards, commitment to continuous improving standards, be an innovative and engaging individual with excellent communication skills.
