Come and join the Quality team as a Teaching & Learning Coach! This role is a 0.6FTE role within the Quality department working closely with Partnerships, where you will share your stellar-level knowledge of teaching and the education sector with teaching staff across our college network to either maintain high standards and improve standards of teaching and curriculum delivery.
You will support the Head of Partnerships, Partnerships Team Leader and any senior staff member to ensure our college maintains standards ensuring a timely pass of the ESFA subcontract standard audit, support with Ofsted standards of teaching, manage Partnerships and college management framework.
To apply for this role, you will need a full Level 5 teaching qualification or be on track to achieve. You will need to have a minimum of Level 2 in English and Maths or equivalent. You will also need to have knowledge of the Education Inspection Framework, thorough knowledge of the Self-Assessment Report and Quality Improvement Plan process. You will have a commitment to continuous improvement and ability to generate ideas and processes for such improvement.
This role requires a significant amount of travel, access to a vehicle (alternatively, a college-owned vehicle) and a clean driving licence will be required. Travel will be reimbursed via expenses.
