The Site Services - Maintenance and Grounds team member will work closely with the Site and Community Manager as part of the Site Services Team. They will work as part of the Site Services Team in all areas of the School's facilities duties including the external grounds and playing fields. The School has a friendly and professional Site Services Team. The department is also very fortunate to have a dedicated Manager to support, and complement, the manual nature of the work undertaken. However, staff are required to take full responsibility for their individual work programme following a planning discussion with the Site and Community Manager.
The duties outlined in the attached job description are extensive in their nature, however, it is not expected that they will be undertaken concurrently. Duties will be spread throughout the Team to ensure the workload can be appropriately managed.
