About the Role:
We are seeking a confident, sales-driven individual to join our growing sales team as a business development executive, focussing on new business generation for our portfolio of apprenticeships and employability training. You will join our growing Business Development team, reporting into the Head of Business Development. We are looking for a people person able to engage with both Employers and Learners – this is full 360 role!

About the Organisation:
Hart Learning and Development is the business arm of North Hertfordshire College. We deliver Apprenticeships, traineeships and professional qualifications locally, nationally and regionally.
Our Apprenticeships Offer focuses on Health, Business, Construction Trades, management and professional course and provides training to large clients such as John Lewis Partnership and Lloyds Banking Group through to local SMEs. As a team, we employ 50 staff and have an annual turnover of £5,000,000.
