Empower People. Build Confidence. Change Lives.
Are you passionate about helping people unlock their potential and take positive steps towards employment?
We're looking for an inspiring and enthusiastic Employability Tutor to deliver high-quality employability and digital skills programmes that help unemployed residents across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire gain the skills, confidence and qualifications they need to move into work.
This is an opportunity to join a respected education provider with a strong reputation, a secure future, and a genuine commitment to making a difference in local communities.
Why Join Us?
Unlike many private training providers, Hart Learning & Development is part of North Hertfordshire College, giving colleagues the stability, security and benefits that come with working within an established Further Education organisation.
We're proud to be a provider of choice for the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP), with a strong and growing reputation for delivering high-quality employability programmes that meet local workforce needs.
You'll be joining a team with a well-established pipeline of delivery, giving you the confidence of planned programmes and the opportunity to focus on what matters most: supporting learners to succeed.
In return, you'll benefit from:
Excellent annual leave entitlement
Additional Christmas closure days
Travel expenses paid in line with college policy
The security and support of working within a successful Further Education College
Ongoing professional development opportunities
The chance to make a meaningful impact on people's lives every day
About the Role
As an Employability Tutor, you'll deliver engaging short courses designed to help unemployed adults develop the skills, resilience and confidence needed to secure employment or progress into further learning and apprenticeships.
You'll work with learners from a diverse range of backgrounds, many of whom may face barriers to employment, helping them build practical workplace skills and achieve recognised qualifications.
This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys engaging with people, motivating others and seeing learners progress towards life-changing outcomes.
Ready to Make a Difference?
If you're looking for a rewarding role where you can help people build confidence, develop skills and move closer to employment, we'd love to hear from you.
