This really is a role that changes lives.

In this role it all starts with you! You will develop a deep understanding of the needs of the community to ensure we are always offering provision that makes a difference. Your passion, drive and ambition will be crucial to the success of the department.

You will be responsible for the growth of the department by building and maintaining relationships with our stakeholders and utilising these relationships to engage and enrol learners onto our range of adult programmes all whilst ensuring learners receive the best possible to start to their journey with us.
