Salary: Up to £35,000 FTE plus Pension

Contract: Permanent | Hours: 37 hours per week

Location: Stevenage Campus

North Hertfordshire College, part of Hart Learning Group, is seeking a proactive and detail-focused Quality Systems Officer to join our Quality team at an exciting time as we launch our new strategic plan.

In this newly created role, you will lead the management and continuous improvement of key quality systems including ProAchieve, ProMonitor, OneFile, ALPs Connect and Microsoft Teams. You'll work closely with curriculum and support teams to ensure systems are used effectively, data is accurate, and quality processes support outstanding learner outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and optimise quality systems across the College.

Monitor system usage, compliance and data integrity.

Analyse learner performance data and identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities.

Support quality assurance processes and Ofsted readiness.

Deliver training and guidance to staff and students.

Produce reports to support performance monitoring and quality improvement.

About You

You will have experience working with quality, data or performance systems, strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to engage and support colleagues across the organisation. Experience within further education or a similar educational environment is desirable.
