Whether you’re already working in education and looking for your next role, or if you’re working in industry and looking to change your career path, we have a exciting opportunities for Lecturers to join our growing Business and Travel & Tourism curriculum team (which encompasses the Hospitality, Finance and Accounting), on either a full time or a part time basis, in readiness for the start of the 2025/26 academic year.
Sharing your knowledge to unlock potential whilst guiding our learners through their studies, you’ll work as part of the curriculum team to create and deliver lessons across a range of qualification level, inspiring achievement and the best possible outcomes. We pride ourselves on offering our students a unique study programme and partnering with businesses to provide students with valuable opportunities to gain the employability skills necessary to be successful beyond their studies.
We strive for our curriculum to be diverse and exciting for our students and are renowned for providing opportunities to expand on their horizons with both our UK and abroad trips. Our cohort in previous years have participated in the BA crew training in Manchester, explored London Southbank and Thorpe Park as well as jetting off further afield with trips to Miami, Portugal, New York and Thailand to name a few of the opportunities you may participate in as a Lecturer. Our team work collaboratively to develop the curriculum and organise these trips to support our continued, enhanced offering to the students during their studies.
The successful candidate will be a team player, an excellent communicator, and able to maintain a proactive approach to managing deadlines, whilst retaining a high standard of delivery. We look forward to expanding our team to offer more courses supported by a strong and dedicated curriculum team.
The Role:
Where you’ll work: This role is based at our Dartford campus.
Your hours: Up to 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per annum (1 FTE)* Up to 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per annum (1 FTE)*
Your pay: £34,219 to £42,100 per annum full time equivalent, dependent on qualifications and experience.
