We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Equine Groom to join our friendly team at NKC Hadlow College.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the care and management of the College horses and the day-to-day running of our busy Equine Yard. The role will involve daily horse care, maintaining yard facilities, preparing horses and equipment for lessons, managing supplies and supporting equine events, shows and competitions.
The successful candidate will have confident horse handling skills, sound equine knowledge and previous experience working within an equestrian establishment. A relevant Level 3 qualification is essential, with BHS qualifications advantageous. Excellent communication skills, a team-focused approach and a commitment to ongoing professional development are also required.
If you are passionate about horse welfare and enjoy sharing your knowledge to help develop the next generation of equine professionals, we would love to hear from you!
