North Kent Colleges Group is seeking a dynamic, creative and motivated Enrichment & Engagement Officer to develop, coordinate and deliver an exciting, inclusive enrichment programme across our colleges. This is an opportunity to make a real difference to our students’ college experience by creating opportunities that build confidence, develop employability and life skills, and encourage students to get involved, connect with others and reach their potential.
What you’ll do:
• Develop and deliver an exciting, inclusive programme of enrichment activities, clubs, events and student-led opportunities.
• Create opportunities that build confidence, resilience, employability and life skills.
• Work with curriculum and support teams to expand and diversify enrichment across the College.
• Engage students through sports, volunteering, fundraising, social action and other activities.
• Listen to student feedback and use it to improve participation and the enrichment offer.
• Build partnerships with employers, charities, community and sports organisations.
• Promote the College’s Enrichment brand and encourage students to get involved.
• Support College events and ensure all activities are safe, inclusive and accessible.
We’re looking for a creative, proactive and enthusiastic individual with experience of working with young people or students in an education, youth, community or similar setting, and experience of planning and delivering activities, events or programmes. You’ll have excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues and external partners. You’ll be flexible, hands-on and solutions-focused, with a genuine commitment to inclusion, student voice and personal development. You’ll also have Level 2 English and Maths (Grade 5 or above) and a First Aid at Work qualification or be willing to undertake First Aid training.

Where you’ll work: This role is based at our NKC Tonbridge College
Your hours: 37 hours per week, 36 weeks per annum (Term Time Only).
Your pay: £20,003.91 pro rata per annum + £3,732.84 holiday pay (£28,974 Full Time Equivalent)
