Learning Technology Officer

Where you’ll work: This role is based at Dartford and Gravesend, role will require travel to any of the college sites.

Your pay: Tier 4 - £27,648 per annum

Your hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 52 weeks per annum

Working from the Learning Technology Centres, you will be supporting and encouraging users across the colleges to effectively use learning technologies to enhance their daily practice.

You will be enthusiastic, have a good understanding of a range of technologies and be passionate about its use to enhance the learning experience. As part of the learning technologies team, you will be the ‘go to’ person for the support of a variety of systems.

You will have good problem-solving skills, be able to rapidly learn new software and systems and investigate emerging technologies. As an experienced trainer, you will be able to confidently explain complex concepts in simple terms to a range of audiences.

The Learning technologies department itself is a friendly and supportive team. You will also be liaising with a range of staff and students across the colleges. This is a varied and challenging role, which is pivotal in developing digital confidence.
