Retail Trainer

Location: The role will be based at The Learning Shop Bluewater, but the nature of the work will require travel offsite as required.

Salary: Spine Point 20 (£22,282) to Spine Point 24 (£25,087) per annum.

Hours: 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per annum.

A rare and unique opportunity has arisen to join the team here at the Learning Shop in Bluewater as our Retail Trainer. If you have experience in staff development and are interested in expressing your personality through vocational training within retail and customer service we would be excited to hear from you.

As the Learning Shop Retail Trainer you will be responsible for delivering our full vocational retail employability offer. With your Retail Management background and experience of coaching, mentoring and product placement you will have great autonomy in the role to achieve maximum impact and outcomes from your sessions.

You will be an empathetic and resilient member of the team and pro-active in your approach, able to react to developments in group dynamics, funding requirements and sector-based changes while your record keeping will be excellent.

Additionally, this role offers great variance with opportunities to deliver offsite, attend marketing events and be part of our CSCS training and testing center.
