I would like to thank you for your interest in this very exciting role as IT Technician Curriculum and Resource within our IT Department Ysgol Cwm Brombil.

The posts will commence as soon as possible. The post hours will be 37 hours for 52 weeks per year. This post is payable on Grade 5 – Level 3 - and will be Commencing on Sp 10 (point 10 - £27,694 – sp 17 -£31,022) per year.

The post holder will have responsibility for a specific brief and will have opportunities to broaden their experiences by working with an innovative and professional group of staff. We are looking for an outstanding member of staff who can work with us to see the realisation of our shared vision for the pupils, staff, parents/carers and the wider community. We are aspirational for our pupils and we will encourage them to aspire, believe and achieve so that they are able to leave school with success and value. We are determined to ensure that the learning experience will be vibrant, exciting, and fully inclusive and will provide a truly all-through provision.

The postholder will undertake a wide range of IT support duties in all areas of the school. These duties will include providing first class support to school users, ensuring ICT and classroom AV equipment meets the user requirements, and provide 1st/2nd line and elevated IT support to staff, students, and parents at Ysgol Cwm Brombil.

We also have the same aspirations for our staff and will ensure high quality continuing professional development, to grow excellent practitioners and leaders, as well as creating opportunities for career development.
