The Head Teacher and Governing Body of Cwmnedd Primary School wish to appoint an inspirational, motivated and supportive Deputy Head Teacher who will not only play a key role in our children’s educational journey but will be an integral part of the school community.

The successful candidate will:

• be able to show evidence of strategic planning which has contributed to school improvement
• be able to provide effective curriculum leadership, interpersonal skills and able to motivate and inspire others
• show a commitment to develop the mental, emotional and physical well-being of pupils for improved learning
• be able to understand the importance of the school at the heart of its community
• be an outstanding teacher with a sound knowledge of ALN and ALN transformation
• have excellent organisational skills
• be able to keep detailed records
• be able to work to deadlines
• be committed to ensuring the very best experiences for the pupils
