Remote, however daily travel will be required in and around Hertfordshire so remote location needs to be local (essential).

Adult learning growth is at the centre of the Oaklands Strategic Plan and as we enter a transformational period in the Oaklands history we are looking for an inspirational and highly motivational Employer Engagement Executive to support the implementation of our Skills Bootcamps provision.
We are looking for a proactive and professional Employer Engagement Executive, with a proven track record in achieving targets, identifying opportunities, and who can engage, develop, and nurture employer and referral organisation relationships across Hertfordshire.
The role will be promoting Oaklands Skills Bootcamps provision which offers sector specific training in a range of sectors to support organisations in their recruitment needs and/or skills shortages in their workforce. Building relationships with referral sources and passionate about education and training, you should be comfortable with generating opportunities through the referral sources for prospective learners, and partnerships in Skills Bootcamps with a customer service led approach.
Required Skills:
- Experience of sales/employer engagement (E)
- Level 2 IAG Qual (D)
- Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Teams, CRM Systems and Microsoft Office (E)
- Strong customer service experience (E)
- Previous experience with building and maintaining relationships with employers (E)
- Proven track record in achieving targets (E)
