Hourly Paid - Level 2/3 Nursery Nurse / Bank variable hours contract
Full Time / Part Time hours available
(Full Time hours - 37 hours per week - 8:00am – 4:30pm or 9:30am – 6:00pm on a rota basis)
(Part Time hours - 2pm - 6pm / 8am - 1pm / 1pm - 6pm)
Hourly paid at £11.40
per hour
Acorns Nursery provides childcare for up to 50 children 0-5 years of students, employees and private clients. We are currently looking to recruit an additional member of staff to join our team. The Nursery provides high quality care and education for all children and we are keen to recruit reflective practitioners with an interest in maintaining and extending our high standards.
To be considered for this role candidates need to hold the following;
Childcare qualification at NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent
Have previous experience in a Nursery setting
Knowledge of child development
Paediatric First Aid trained / Safeguarding trained
Ideally candidates should hold a Food Hygiene certificate, although training for this can be obtained whilst in employment.
Working hours can vary so candidates need to be available to work variable shifts during nursery opening hours, which are 8.00 - 6.00 Monday to Friday – flexibility is key!
