An exciting opportunity has arisen at Oaklands for an Employability Learner Engagement Executive to secure and manage enrolments for Employability & ESOL courses by sourcing external contacts

We are looking for a Employability Learner Engagement Executive to join our team and play a crucial role in learner recruitment. In this position, you will source and develop external relationships, manage learner enquiries and support marketing of Employability courses. You will also be responsible for growth and development of the provision as well as the data management in relation to the role.
The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills, experience with data entry, administrative tasks and a proactive approach and excellent customer facing skills. You should be proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively. Previous experience of funding and a customer facing environment is essential, along with a commitment to providing a high-quality students, staff and stakeholder experience.
