Oaklands school is a rapidly expanding special needs primary school and we are looking for enthusiastic and well-motivated people to work within our existing team. We are seeking to appoint new Midday Supervisory Assistants (MDSA) to join our team as soon as possible.
Our lovely children have significant learning difficulties, complex speech, language and communication needs, mostly on the autistic spectrum and need MDSAs who are kind, positive and enjoy playing games to help them have a meaningful and happy lunchtime.
Our school is unique, we encourage all candidates to come and visit our school.
This role is a great stepping stone if you would like a future working in special needs/SEND or do not have much experience in a school yet. Several of our midday supervisors have gone on to become teaching assistants.
