About us
Manor High School is an exceptional 11-16 school based in Oadby, Leicestershire. It continues to be one of the highest achieving schools in Leicestershire and beyond. This exceptional achievement comes from the hard-work and dedication of all staff. With around 950 students, we benefit from a culturally diverse population and a body of students who are well-motivated, with very high aspirations. Outcomes in the department reflect the same high standards of achievement and make a positive contribution to whole school outcomes.
We are a school that is committed to a 1-2-1 iPad scheme. This enhances learning hugely in the Humanities department and has been well received by students and staff alike. Full training will be given to the successful candidate using both internal and external experts, including our own Apple Learning Coach within the Department.
Our school revolves around our four core values: Excellence, Inspiration, Resilience and Respect. These are reflected by staff and students in all that we do and all that we are and you will find our students are eager to learn and who share our passion for education.
