JOB DESCRIPTION: Assistant Headteacher
HOURS OF WORK: Full Time, Temporary (2 years)
PAY SCALE: L12 – L16 £58,105 to £64,224 per annum
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a strong, committed, ambitious professional to join Patchway Community School as an Assistant Headteacher.
We are looking for a creative leader who will:
• Demonstrate excellent leadership and management skills with the ability to deliver lasting positive impact
• Play a significant role in the strategic direction of the school.
• Have a track record of success in maximising students’ progress
• Be a strong classroom practitioner and able to apply up-to-date knowledge on best practice, pedagogy and the curriculum
• Have a profound commitment to an inclusive and comprehensive education
• Be able to build positive relationships proactively and develop consensus
• Inspire all members of the school community to promote high expectations
You will be joining an experienced Senior Leadership Team within an established academy trust.
