JOB DESCRIPTION: Site Supervisor
PAY SCALE: Grade 9 £27,334 to £29,777 FTE (£22,162 - £24,143 pro rata)
HOURS OF WORK: Permanent, Part time, All Year Round
30 Hours per week – Evenings (4pm to 10pm) and the occasional weekend
CLOSING DATE: 09:00 am on Friday 21st June 2024
We are looking for a Site Supervisor to join our premises team at Patchway Community School. Under the supervision of the Facilities Manager, School Leadership Team and Head of Estates & Facilities, the Site Supervisor will be a hybrid role working across both the school and lettings facilities to ensure the smooth running of both the lettings team and facilities as well as providing a range of duties including security, Health and Safety and light compliance tasks.
The post holder will:
• Line manage the lettings staff and be a single point of contact for the Facilities Manager in regards to lettings.
• Ensure the efficient operation of the school’s Leisure facilities in alignment with the needs of the school, which includes the sports hall, activity rooms, all weather pitch, & sports fields.
• Be responsible for the security and health and safety of the entire school site during their shift and in the absence of the Facilities Manager or Lead Caretaker.
