Key Stage 1 Teacher and Science Leader – Maternity Cover commencing early 2026 (Full-time)

We are looking to appoint an outstanding, enthusiastic and experienced Key Stage 1 Teacher and Science Leader to join the warm and friendly staff team in our thriving non-selective independent school for girls and boys. The successful candidate will have an excellent knowledge and understanding of the Key Stage 1 curriculum (including progression in phonics), together with knowledge and understanding of the primary Science curriculum (5 – 11 years).
You should be an excellent practitioner who is committed to providing high quality education and an advocate of progressive teaching. You should be able to create a stimulating and enthusiastic working environment, able to engage pupils’ curiosity and provide opportunities for children to take responsibility for their own learning.
