We are seeking to employ an enthusiastic, highly motivated, experienced teacher to join our committed team of Inclusive Learning. You should be able to maintain high levels of student retention and achievement, with the ability to engage and motivate learners and have strong IT skills. To ensure this, you will need to have a proven track record in all aspects of planning, delivery, marking and quality assurance and be creative in your approach to teaching. You need to be able to contribute to Statutory documentation and create effective support plans as appropriate.
You will play an important role in a department, supporting learners in all aspects of education and pastoral care. You should have previous experience of teaching students with moderate to severe learning difficulties a range of functional, life and social skills to Entry Level 3.
