We are immensely proud of the achievements of our students, our dedicated staff team, and our partners.
We are now seeking to appoint a new Group Principal to take the College Group forward, and to ensure that we remain positioned to meet the challenges of a dynamic sector. As Further Education adapts to a new way of working, business focus has never been more important. Our ideal candidate will have significant experience and expertise in all the relevant areas to ensure that the full potential of SCC Group is achieved. An effective communicator and leader, the successful candidate will be required to build on our strong and diverse range of external stakeholders, and position the College Group as a key business partner across Greater Manchester.

You will also need to have the ability to inspire trust and confidence in our staff, learners and partners.
This role presents a key opportunity for an individual with vision, drive, determination, resilience and enthusiasm to lead one of Greater Manchester’s most successful colleges in a way which incorporates high quality education and training provision and the facility to support or encourage social mobility.
