We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Manager to join our award-winning Apprenticeships team and help shape the future of our apprenticeship provision across Greater Manchester and the North West. You'll play a pivotal role in the next phase of our successful growth and strategy, expanding our apprenticeship opportunities by engaging with employers, building strong relationships, and ensuring that our services align with their apprenticeship needs. You'll be tasked with bringing in new business, maximising on our existing relationships, promoting our apprenticeships brand. You will also play a key role in our tender and bid team, helping secure new opportunities and income.
What We Are Looking For: A proven track record in business development, sales, or employer engagement, ideally in the apprenticeship or education sector. Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and engage key stakeholders.
