About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and dedicated individual to join our Reception Services department at a Customer Service & Communications Officer.
We pride ourselves on customer service and we are well known for the fantastic service we provide. A Customer Service & Communications Officer is the first point of contact for all customers enquiries.
As Customer Service & Communications Officer you will work with the Head of Student Operations and other key stakeholders to deliver a customer-focused, compliant, efficient and effective service for the College.
