We’re investing in our estate and our Estates and Capital Team, and are seeking an experienced and proactive Estates and Facilities Manager to deliver high standards of safety and operational efficiency across the College estate.
As Estates and Facilities Manager, you will manage the effective and seamless delivery of all hard and soft facilities services across our College. This pivotal role ensures our buildings, grounds and learning spaces are safe, efficient and inspiring for students, staff and visitors.
You will manage the estates and facilities team, overseeing maintenance, cleaning, security and estate operations to ensure the smooth running of the College. With a strong focus on Health and Safety, you’ll safeguard wellbeing across campus while driving compliance and high standards in every area of service delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
• Managing and developing all estates and facilities operations.
• Leading the team to deliver effective, high-quality services.
• Ensuring robust management and compliance of all Health and Safety, environmental, and other relevant legislation.
• Planning and supervising maintenance, planned work, refurbishments, cleaning and security.
• Manage external contractors to ensure contractual delivery and compliance.
• Supporting continuous improvement and estate development projects.
