Contract Type: Permanent | Hours per Week: 37 | Location: Walkden Road, Worsley, M28 7QD (Travel to other SCC Group sites as required)
Salford City College Group require an experienced Health and Safety professional who will have knowledge of the educational environment with qualifications to match. The primary role of the HSE Officer is to advise Senior Leaders, Heads of Department and other college staff on all safety, health, environmental and wellbeing matters to ensure the College complies with its statutory obligations, insurance requirements and internal company HSE policies and procedures.
Providing a sensible health and safety management approach that focuses on real risks following a reasonable and proportionate approach to health and safety management that promotes risk awareness rather than risk avoidance.
