Salary: £37,976.00 - £41,846.00 (Pro rata salary £33,660.00 - £37090.00). Incremental progression throughout the band is available.

About the role This role plays a vital part in our college community, ensuring that young people and adults with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) can access targeted interventions that support their progress in learning and wider community engagement.
The Learning Support Manager will lead the development of the Learning Support Tutor Service and adult provision, driving high-quality, responsive support that meets diverse learner needs. This position requires a strong and effective people manager who can lead a dedicated team with clarity and purpose.
Working collaboratively with curriculum areas, the postholder will champion inclusive practice across the organisation, embedding strategies that enable all learners to thrive.
