About the Role

Worsley College, part of the Salford City College Group, offers courses to school‐leavers and adults in Vocational and Occupational industries. An opportunity has arisen for a motivated and efficient Reception Enrolment Officer to join our team.

The role requires a confident, friendly, professional and helpful person who will be able to work under pressure and on their own initiative. The role involves dealing with web enquiries, answering the switch board calls efficiently, enrolling students, taking course payments, directing students to classrooms, dealing with any issues and providing information as required.

Experience of working in a similar environment would be advantageous.
