Student Services Advisor (Maternity Cover)

About the Role
The role requires a confident, friendly and helpful person who will be able to work under pressure and on their own initiative. The role involves providing advice to students and parents regarding a range of services offered by the Student Services Department including financial support, transport, counselling and careers. The successful applicant will co-ordinate Student Council meetings and lead on fun raising events and support with other services available.
The post holder will be required to work the occasional evening to support with enrolment, Parents’ Evenings, Open Days and other cross college events. Experience of working in a similar environment would be advantageous.
The successful candidate will be qualified to Level 2 or above in English, Numeracy and ICT and will possess excellent organisational and communication skills. Experience of working within an educational environment is desirable.
