Salary: £28,278 - £32,783 per annum pro rata

Marketing and Events Co-ordinator

Sandwell College is seeking an enthusiastic, creative and highly organised Marketing and Events Co-ordinator to join our dynamic Marketing team fixed-term, full-time basis to provide maternity cover.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to play a key role in the planning, coordination and delivery of engaging marketing campaigns and events that promote the College’s courses, achievements and opportunities to prospective students, parents and wider stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Support the planning, coordination and delivery of marketing campaigns and promotional activity.

Produce and schedule engaging digital content across web, email and social media channels.

Assist with monitoring campaign performance and reporting on key metrics using analytics tools such as Google Analytics.

Coordinate the production of marketing materials including flyers, banners, prospectuses and digital assets.

Liaise with internal teams, schools, venues and suppliers to ensure events run efficiently and to a high standard.

Support with maintaining and updating website content and internal communications.

Assist with the delivery of events on the day, including set-up, registration and audience engagement.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

We are looking for someone who is:

A degree in a relevant subject, or significant relevant experience.

Experienced in marketing, communications and/or event coordination.

Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Confident in using social media and digital marketing tools.

A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.

Flexible and willing to work occasional evenings and across multiple sites as required.

Experience supporting the delivery of marketing campaigns and events.

Knowledge of digital marketing and website analytics tools.
