SITE OFFICER

PART TIME (20 hours per week) /FULL YEAR/PERMANENT

Salary - Grade 3 Pts 9-22 £20,903-£27,041 (Pro rota £11,453-£14,816)

(To cover afternoon shift, normally between the hours of 2:30pm and 6:30pm / 3:00pm and 7:00pm daily, but occasionally up to 10:30pm. Flexibility to occasionally switch to mornings an advantage although not essential).

An opportunity has arisen to become part of the Estates team within Summit Learning Trust. Primarily based at Solihull Sixth Form College. You will undertake caretaking, cleaning, health and safety and site maintenance routines, including responding to emergencies and maintaining the security of the site as directed by the Estates and Facilities Business Partner/ Senior Site Manager.

You will have previous experience in caretaking and cleaning work, ideally from with an education setting and must have good literacy and numeracy skills. A willingness to undertake any further training required is also essential.
