We are offering a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join our dedicated team of professionals and deliver outstanding teaching within our Business and AAT department. This post would suit either an experienced teacher, a graduate in Business or similar discipline or an individual with extensive industry experience who wishes to train as a teacher in further education.

You will have the ability to motivate a group of young learners, engage them in exciting activities and contribute towards their industry knowledge and training and provide the high expectation to succeed. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and an appreciation of the uses of IT are essential, as is a commitment to excellence.

Your main roles will be to monitor and track the students’ progress towards their qualification and carry out assessments, support learners to build their portfolio of evidence and complete the relevant documentations. You will also be required to attend standardisation meetings and contribute to the internal and external quality process.

You will act as an assessor on agreed courses, maintain up to date records and take on an internal assessment role in line with college policy.

The salary offered is up to £38,827 plus pension, 50 days annual leave plus statutory bank holidays. The salary is dependent on experience and negotiable for the right candidate.
