Up to £36,507 per annum (dependent upon qualifications and experience)
We are looking for a highly experienced individual to play a critical role in the successful delivery of the College’s Photography and Creative Digital Media courses across A level and Vocational levels 1, 2 and 3. Based in our brand-new digital facilities at the Andover campus. Working within a large team, the post holder will bring creative and innovative teaching strategies enabling learners to not only grasp challenging concepts but to flourish and fulfil their potential. There is opportunity for the right candidate to work within the T Level TV Media Broadcasting team.
Core Knowledge and skills
Delivering teaching on a variety of Vocational and A level programmes which may include level 1, 2 and 3, the post holder should have qualifications and demonstratable experience in teaching Photography or Creative Digital Media subjects, bringing the appropriate level of academic input and pragmatic experience based on reflective practice to their teaching.
The post holder should have:
Qualification in Photography, Digital Media or Broadcasting subject at degree level (or equivalent industry experience)
Qualification in Teaching (or willingness to obtain one)
Previous experience delivering a high-quality programme to learners.
