- 💰Salary: Up to £42,420 (dependent upon qualifications, skills and experience)
- 🕒Working Pattern: Full-time (37 hours per week / 52 weeks per year)

We are seeking a knowledgeable and motivated Curriculum Leader for Health to support and develop our Health provision at Andover Campus. This is a permanent role within a supportive and collaborative team, offering the opportunity to shape high-quality teaching and learning and make a meaningful difference to learners progressing into health and nursing careers.
Our Health curriculum includes T Level Health (Adult Nursing pathway), BTEC Health and Social Care, and Access to HE Nursing. The successful candidate will play an important role in maintaining strong curriculum delivery and supporting positive student outcomes across these programmes.
About the role
As Curriculum Leader, you will take responsibility for the academic oversight and coordination of Health programmes, while also contributing directly to teaching. A significant element of the role involves delivering on the T Level Health Adult Nursing pathway, so applicants must have a relevant health background and the ability to teach nursing-related content with confidence and credibility.
You will:
• Deliver teaching on the T Level Health Adult Nursing pathway
• Contribute to curriculum planning, development and quality improvement
• Support consistency and high standards across Health programmes
• Work closely with colleagues within the department to support student progress and achievement
• Engage positively with awarding body and regulatory requirements
About you
You will:
• Have a relevant health or nursing background, enabling you to teach nursing content
• Hold a degree or equivalent qualification in a health-related subject
• Be confident sharing your professional knowledge with learners
• Be organised, proactive and committed to high-quality education
• Enjoy working collaboratively as part of a team
You do not need previous experience teaching in Further Education or post-16 education to apply. We welcome applications from health professionals who are new to teaching and are interested in moving into education.
Teaching qualification and development
All academic staff are required to hold a recognised teaching qualification. If you do not already have one, we will:
• Support you to train while in post
• Provide time to complete the qualification alongside your role
• Fully cover the cost of the qualification
