💰Salary: Up to £30,477 per annum (dependent upon qualifications, skills and experience)

🕒Working Pattern: Full-time (37 hours per week / 52 weeks per year)

📍Location: Sparsholt Campus, Winchester

About the role: ✨

The primary focus of this role is to provide work related support to Foundation level learners participating in the Supported Internship Programme. You will provide support to learners with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and help them develop the skills to secure paid work at the end of their course. Working with employers to identify opportunities for students with learning difficulties and disabilities to undertake work experience/supported internship. Identifying appropriate students and preparing them for internships and supporting them in the workplace to successfully complete their internship. Ensuring students are supported properly whilst they attend College.
