💰Salary: Up to £42,420 per annum (dependent upon qualifications, skills and experience)

✨ We’re recruiting to the role of Curriculum Leader – Maths in which the successful applicant will lead in the day-to-day management and leadership of our GCSE Maths provision at our Sparsholt campus. Working with your team of lecturers, you will help develop the curriculum and delivery so that it is innovative and supports continued improvements in learner success and achievement.
The post holder will join a team of 3 Curriculum Leaders who lead the lecturing staff in the continued improvement of standards of both teaching and learning and pastoral care. Key to this is supporting the team in their roles and encouraging the implementation of innovative teaching techniques and the robust use of the College’s policies and procedures.
The curriculum area is undergoing an exciting change with learner outcomes and progress being at the forefront of this change. The Curriculum Leader will work closely with the Assistant Principal and Senior Curriculum Leaders to build on current accomplishments and elevate the provision towards ‘Outstanding’.
