£24,816 - £26,229 per annum (dependent upon qualifications and experience)
In this role the post holder will be responsible for overseeing the administration of the Sparsholt College Group’s Apprenticeship service. The post holder will be required to co-ordinate and oversee all daily administration tasks timely and accurately, monitor and ensure all administration is completed within agreed quality standards, be the first point of contact for external enquiries relating to apprenticeship provision and provide technical knowledge and support on apprenticeship funding.
The successful candidate will have knowledge of apprenticeships and previous experience operating effectively in a busy office environment. A good standard of education including GCSE Maths and English at grade C or above or equivalent, outstanding administrative and interpersonal skills, and a positive, flexible attitude is essential. A good working knowledge of databases and MS Office are required, together with strong numerical skills.
This role is based at the Sparsholt campus.
